Lewis Bruniges
Lewis was born and grew up in Hornchurch, Essex. His love of acting began at the age of ten, playing a dastardly villain in a school production. Acting became a central focus of Lewis’s life, with him performing in numerous school productions, including playing George in ‘Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?’ and Romeo in ‘Romeo and Juliet’. Keen to gain more experience, Lewis became a member of the National Youth Theatre, participating in workshops and performing street theatre, as well as having the fantastic opportunity to travel to Saudi Arabia.
Lewis’s passion for acting led to his decision to pursue his dream of becoming a professional actor and applied to drama school. He was thrilled to be offered a place on LAMDA’s three year BA (Hons) Professional Acting, where he began his training in September 2014 as a Genesis LAMDA Scholar.
