Genesis Sixteen perform carols at Global Radio

Eight singers from Genesis Sixteen visited Global Radio’s headquarters in Leicester Square last week to perform Christmas carols for staff at Classic FM, Xfm, Heart and Capital Radio.

The group sang traditional Christmas music including Ding Dong Merrily on High, O Little Town of Bethlehem, and We Wish You a Merry Christmas, to get staff in the festive spirit.

It proved a busy week for Genesis Sixteen members past and present. On 16 December, the first group of singers to graduate from the training programme in 2011 made their professional London debut performing alongside The Sixteen in Handel’s Messiah at the Barbican.
