Genesis LAMDA alumni on stage and screen

It has been another successful year for Genesis LAMDA Scholars. Joanna Nicks and Oliver Cudbill graduated with their BA (Hons) degree in Professional Acting and the 2015 scholarship was awarded to talented actress Carys Bowkett.

Joanna and Oliver join the esteemed list of Genesis LAMDA alumni who have had their tuition funded by the Genesis Foundation throughout their three years of study. Many former Genesis LAMDA Scholars have since gone on to have thriving careers on the stage and screen. Below is a list of where our LAMDA alumni can be seen in December:

In the West End, Jack Beale (class of 2006) is appearing in The Lorax at The Old Vic until 16 January 2016.

Samuel Barnett (class of 2001) is in the recently released film The Lady in the Van, starring alongside Maggie Smith and Jim Broadbent.

On TV, James Atherton (class of 2008) continues his stint on Coronation Street; Tom Riley (class of 2005) returns in another series of Da Vinci’s Demons on Fox and Sam Swann (class of 2010) can be seen in the ITV series Jekyll & Hyde.
