In this short film the Genesis Foundation catches up with Young Vic Artistic Director David Lan as well as past and present Genesis Fellows to discuss their experience of the programme and how it helps to nurture young directing talent.

The Genesis Fellowship is a two-year grant that enables its recipient to work closely with Artistic Director David Lan as they continue to develop their craft as a theatre director.
